Low-stress Approach: Grooming will be conducted in a manner designed to cause the least stress to my pet. If my pet shows signs of stress, the groomer may pause or stop the session. Consultation with the Veterinary Team that cares for my pet may be indicated. Completion is not guaranteed.

Safety First: The groomer prioritises safety for both pet and professional. PPE and restraint devices (e.g., grooming loops, muzzles, Happy Hoodies) may be used as needed.

Medical & Behavioural Disclosure: I have disclosed all relevant health conditions and behavioural concerns. I understand that grooming may reveal or exacerbate pre-existing issues (e.g., clipper rash, sore hips, etc).

I understand that minor injuries may occasionally occur during the grooming process, particularly in cases involving matting or behavioural challenges. These may include, but are not limited to:

* Small cuts or abrasions
* Haematomas of the ears
* Bruising or skin irritation

I acknowledge that my groomer will always communicate any such injuries observed and advise if veterinary care is recommended.

I agree that my groomer takes all reasonable precautions to minimise the risk of injury by:

* Applying low stress handling techniques
* Using appropriate restraint devices
* Avoiding any grooming procedures that may cause preventable harm

Service Limitations:
No major de-matting
No hand stripping
No ear plucking (unless directed by a veterinarian.)
I understand that additional fees may apply for matting or extra services.

Emergency Care: In case of emergency, I authorise the groomer to seek veterinary care. I accept responsibility for any associated costs.

I understand that if attending on-site at 101 Spring Street, Little Grove, that other animals may be present as they come and go from their own appointments. I also understand that there are pet animals that reside at this location including sheep and poultry, and that my pet needs to be kept on lead or in a carrier at all times for their safety and the safety of other animals.
