The MHA would like to identify the current primary opportunities to improve vaccine efficiency and information sharing with the state and other partners. Your answers will allow to pursue those items that will make the biggest impact on your ability to vaccinate more efficiently. Please respond no later than noon Friday, Jan. 8. We have multiple health departments to work with and there is a lack of consistency in their capacity and planning.

There is a lack of strategic direction and coordination from the state of who needs vaccine doses, who can/wants to vaccinate certain populations, etc.

The health department is meeting expectations; our challenges are focused on identifying other providers in the community who need vaccine.

We have a strong a successful plan in place with our health department and things are going smoothly (please list examples of what's working well in comment box).
