The New Hanover Community Endowment (NHCE) will host a public meeting on Dec. 9 at 4:30 p.m. to recognize the recipients of the inaugural Cape Fear Opportunities and Needs grants, overview the grant application process and provide additional insight into the mission of the endowment.
