This survey is for 14 – 25 year olds who live, work or study in the borough of Croydon. Off The Record Youth Counselling Agency and Young People Insight want to gather knowledge on your experiences with self-harm, so that more detailed information will available to help young people in Croydon dealing with this.
The information gathered here will be anonymously used to inform the planning of local support services. Your survey responses will be compiled anonymously and no personal information will be seen that could identify you.
