This survey determines your eligibility for an upcoming study. The study is an opportunity to provide feedback on specific designs related to a web application. Qualified participants will be notified and scheduled for a 30-minute remote interview on a "first come, first served" basis. You will not be compensated for completing this survey, but you will be compensated if you are chosen and you complete the remote interview.
To participate you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Sign our confidentiality agreement
- Have access to a computer
- Have access to a quiet space
- Have a strong Internet connection
- Allow us to record the session
- Not require assistive device or software to use computer
