Hello, and thank you for participating in the Enhancing Fathers Alliance’s Needs Assessment. The EFA is a collaboration between state agencies, non-profits, and fathers across Wyoming focused on supporting fathers to be positively engaged in their children’s lives. The purpose of this survey is to guide the efforts of the EFA in making the most effective impact on fathers in Wyoming. By participating in this survey, you are lending your voice to how we can best serve you as a father.
To participate in this survey, you must meet the following requirements:
You must be the father (biological, step-parent, adopted, etc.) of at least one child.
You must reside within Wyoming.
You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
If you meet all of the above requirements, you are eligible to complete our survey. The survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. Questions will focus on your relationship with your child(ren), barriers you face in engaging with your child(ren), and demographic questions.
All of your answers are anonymous, as no identifying information will be collected. Data collected from this survey will be used and shared with the EFA and its participating members, including:
Wyoming Department of Health
Wyoming Department of Family Services
Wyoming Department of Corrections
Wyoming Department of Education
Wyoming Department of Workforce Services
Kids Deserve Dads
Wyoming Children’s Trust Fund
Data from this survey may also be shared with other agencies and organizations to support services for fathers in the future.
