Submission Guidelines and Selection Criteria

Presenter Criteria:
  1. The Presenter(s) must be in good standing as a PSAP, PSAP-S, ASAT, CSAT, CCBRT, ACBRT, APTT, CPTT, Supervisor, or a candidate in-training.
  2. Presenters must be available to present at any time during the PSAP Summit (Thursday, October 29th, 2026)* Note that consideration will be given to accommodate religious observance*
  3. The Primary Presenter is the primary contact person and is responsible for notifying all other presenters of acceptance, scheduling, and any other information requested by IITAP.

Presentations Selection Criteria:
  1. Presentation relevance and how it supports the needs and current trends within the sex addiction task model and faith-based setting.
  2. Expertise & experience of the presenter as related to his/her identified presentation topic.
  3. Originality and applicability of the material to the IITAP community.
  4. Quality of the learning objectives and information gained for attendees.
  5. Categories of topics for consideration can include Diversity, Ethics, Addiction Interaction, tasks, performables, etc.
  6. Content must appeal to a diverse and broad spectrum of attendees within a faith-based setting.

You can make multiple submissions should you have more than one presentation topic idea.



IITAP's PSAP Summit will be in an ONLINE format and will not be held in-person.

Presenter Timeline:

May 15th, 2026: Call for presenters proposal begins
August 30th, 2026: Final day for presentation proposal submission
September 1st, 2026: Projected Presenter Announcement
October 1st, 2026: PowerPoint & Handout Deadline

**All sessions are 90 minutes long.**
