Welcome to our Team Captains Survey.

Given the development of the Covid-19 pandemic this year and the recent very positive figures Victoria has posted regarding the containing of the virus - we wish to find out if your Team is intending to enter the 2021 M2M - Date: 27 - 28 March.

This survey is intended as a guide to the organisers only as to the number of participants and is not in any way binding on you.

This survey is only being sent to our Team Captains, but you are encouraged to consult with your team members.
