To achieve optimal population health, closing the behavioral health gap is essential, as health is comprised of physical, social, and mental well-being.  This program aims to increase collaboration between primary care and behavioral health.  Behavioral health experts will provide brief presentations on access, collaboration and resources available to primary care practitioners in Western New York.  
 
Objectives- Attendees will gain an understanding of:
*Behavioral health and the role it plays in population health management
*Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT): how to become trained; current projects in the community
*When, where, and how to access behavioral health services in the community
