Food Assistance Application Form

This program is for Athabasca University graduate students. Undergraduates are ineligible for EFAP through AUGSA and are encouraged to visit ausu.org and apply to the undergraduate EFAP. This program is valid in Canada only. 

The following data is collected to support AUGSA advocacy efforts on behalf of graduate students. The information has no affect on the application process or the random selection of recipients applying to the food assistance program. Personal information provided in applications is kept confidential, and only disclosed for distribution of e-grocery cards.

Applications for EFAP are reviewed after the end of each month and successful applicants are notified by the 15th of the month following the application. Only successful applicants are notified. If you have not heard from AUGSA by mid-month, you are encouraged to apply again. Graduate students can apply once per month; however, they can only receive one e-grocery card per year (January 1 - December 31).
