Introduction
Thank you for participating in this anonymous survey examining the experiences of Principal House Officers (PHOs) in Queensland. This survey is intended for unaccredited registrars.
Many doctors-in-training are spending extended periods working in PHO roles due to several workforce and system-level factors. We aim to better understand the experiences of PHOs, particularly in relation to workplace conditions, career progression, and wellbeing.
The findings from this survey will be used to inform constructive advocacy and workforce discussions. Your responses are anonymous and no identifying information will be collected.
