Team Member Information

Teams must have a minimum of 6 players and can include up to 4 alternates. Players may include high school students and/or adults.

All players need to complete a registration form which can be submitted on game day (July 22, 2022). You can find the registration form on Heritage's website.  Players under 18 years old must have parental/guardian signature on their registration form.
