This survey is designed to gather information that will benefit the LMC community. It consists of three sections: Directory of Services, Occupational Health, and Practitioner Health. Thank you for taking the time to participate.
Directory of Services

To support collaboration, peer learning, and connection across the LMC community, we’re creating a central directory of member expertise.

By sharing your experience, you’ll help build a stronger, more supportive professional network and enable others to connect with you when relevant. Participation is voluntary, and you can choose how and when to be contacted.

2.Please list your areas of expertise or experience that may be useful to peers. (e.g. leadership, complaints handling, staff wellbeing, coaching, public speaking, finance, appraisal/revalidation, HR, CQC processes, data management, communications, facilitation & mediation)
3.Do you hold any relevant qualifications, roles, or formal experience in these areas? (e.g. ILM/leadership courses, involvement in system-level work, project leadership, etc.)
Peer Support Availability
4.Would you be willing to be contacted by peers seeking informal support or guidance in these areas?
5.Would you be happy to be included in a password protected directory on our website, accessible only to LMC personnel for internal reference?
We are currently gathering information and exploring interest only. There is no commitment required at this stage, and any future involvement would be entirely optional and discussed in more detail later.
