IHM Parish Survey: Fall, 2017

This Survey will help us to understand how the parish is doing in meeting the needs of our members. We will use the information to evaluate current programs and plan for the future. The results of the survey will be shared with the entire parish, BUT your answers are strictly ANONYMOUS. We respect your confidentiality, and will not ask or record any identifiable information about you. We value your opinion and your honesty. Every comment is important, even the negative responses which provide us an opportunity to improve!
