This survey is designed to evaluate your satisfaction with the 55 & Better Recreation programs offered within the Chesapeake Parks, Recreation and Tourism department. As part of our ongoing efforts to continually improve, we ask you to provide feedback to assist the department in assessing existing services and programs.
