No HIT Zone Quiz and Evaluation

In order to receive a certificate of completion or Social Work CEU's, participant must score at least an 80% on the quiz portion of this survey. Quiz questions are identified. The evaluation portion of this survey measures training outcomes and is used for quality assurance purposes.
