Westies Committee Nominations

# You must be a member to vote and can only nominate a member of the club.

# You can vote for as many or as few as you like. (But only complete ONE of either the paper or electronic versions.)

# Nominated persons will be contacted to see if they accept the nomination

# You can nominate yourself for Q.11 Committee but not positions 1-10

# Paper nominations close at the beginning of the AGM on the 8th September 2018. (Approximately 8.45am). Electronic nominations close at 6 pm on the 7th September.)

# Where only one person is nominated to a position they will automatically be elected to the position.

# Where there are more people nominated than positions available there will be a secret ballot election. The persons with the highest total above 50% will be elected. Where there is a position without a nominated person receiving over 50% the votes the next two (2) highest rating persons will enter another round of elections with the highest of the two being nominated.
