The ASTCT Pharmacy SIG Program Planning Committee is excited to have you as a speaker at the Pharmacy Track at the 2026 Tandem Meetings | Transplantation and Cellular Therapy Meetings of ASTCT and CIBMTR, which are scheduled to take place February 4-7, 2026, in Salt Lake City, UT. The Tandem Pharmacy Track will likely take place on February 6th and 7th, 2026 but confirmed dates will be announced this summer. All accepted speakers are expected to attend and participate in person.
The audience consists primarily of experienced stem cell transplant and cellular therapy pharmacists and some newer pharmacy practitioners. In addition, there are often physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and industry representatives in attendance. Please tailor the content of your presentation to the level of at least a first-year medical oncology/hematology fellow.
Submissions will close at 11:59 pm CT on Thursday, July 10th.

- Name, credentials, and email for the submitter and each proposed speaker
- Proposed session title
- Session description (for sessions with multiple speakers, please include how the topic will be split up amongst speaker)
- A conflict of interest form for each proposed speaker (Click to download)

- A short statement noting your interest/qualification for the topic
