Greeter Sign-Up Form for Rotary Club of Seattle Lunch Meetings |
Purpose: To serve as the warm, welcoming face of our Rotary Club, ensuring every member, guest, and prospective Rotarian feels valued from the moment they walk through the door.
Greeter roles:
Warm Welcome: Greet every attendee at the door, ensuring name tags are given and guests are warmly acknowledged.
Guest Orientation: Introduce prospective members to a few current members before the meeting starts to foster early connections.
Seating & Escort: Usher guests and prospective members into the dining room, helping them find an open table with friendly, engaging members so they never have to look for a seat alone.
Time Commitment: 15–20 minutes prior to the start of the meeting until lunch is served.
