The Reopening Workgroup would like to request your feedback as we plan for future expansion of worship and fellowship opportunities. Please share your responses to the following questions:

* 1. If an additional in person worship opportunity was available, such as a Sunday Evening Outdoor Service with heating available, would you be interested in attending this service?

I or my family members are not fully vaccinated and therefore am uncomfortable returning at this time

I or my family members have underlying health conditions that continue to create high risk for me to return to in person worship at this time

There does not appear to be adequate seating to accomodate additional in person worship, so I have not scheduled to return

Due to my schedule I am unable to attend Sunday Morning Worship

* 7. Vaccination rates are continuing to rise in our community as we also seek to increase opportunities for more of our Faith members to attend in person worship and fellowship. As a result the Reopening Workgroup is considering allowing individuals or family groups that are comfortable with closer interaction with their Faith friends, to be within 3 foot proximity during worship and fellowship events. Masks would still remain mandatory during our worship. Would you be comfortable with this transition if it were allowed?
