Regional Lifelong Community/Age-Friendly Community Survey

This survey is being sent to leaders of regional age-friendly and lifelong communities in the New England area. The  UMaine Center on Aging is working with AARP to develop guidelines for communities that are considering a regional approach. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. We hope you’ll contribute your valuable insights, experience – and especially stories - to help community leaders who are considering the appropriateness of a regional approach.
