Survey Introduction

The purpose of this survey is to assess your perceptions of service levels when working with the Department of Human Resources (HR) team. We would like to identify what is working well and opportunities for improvement. Your feedback is very important to us and will inform our current and future goals for the department.

Often in our roles, laws or policies limit our ability to provide the exact solution someone may seek. Our hope, however, is that we are able to find workable solutions to problems and the manner in which we interact with you contributes to a feeling that you are valued, cared for, and respected. In situations where this is not the outcome, we want to know about your experience so that we can identify how to improve.

This survey is intended to focus on your interactions (including phone, email, and in-person) with HR within the past year. Please answer the questions with this time frame in mind.

All responses are anonymous and there will be no way for us to identify participants based on the answers provided. We anticipate the survey will take less than 10 minutes for most participants. (Responses from individuals who regularly work with multiple parts of the department may require more time.)
