OK - 60-70% healthy foods - plus highly processed packaged foods
GOOD - 70-80% vegatables/fruit/protein - 3-5 good meals per day - 20% treat foods
EXCELLENT - 80-90% whole real foods (protein/veggies/fruit) - RARELY eats packaged processed foods
