Brookfield Four Corners Survey
The Town of Brookfield is planning for revitalization in the Town Center District at Four Corners. The Town Center District (TCD) is a zoning district which extends along Federal Road between exit 12 of Route 7 and Quarry Road/Production Drive. The center of this district is at the Four Corners intersection of Federal Road and Station/Whisconier Road.
We want your help in creating a vision for the area. What kind of place should it be in the future? There is an opportunity to recreate an activity center at the Four Corners that serves both the residents of Brookfield and invites travelers to get off the highway before reaching the end of the Route 7 bypass to shop, sightsee, dine, and take advantage of services there. What would encourage you to spend time in the Four Corners and what would you like it to be like, if you were to do so?
