2020 Postdoc Bargaining Survey - UAW 4121

Having a union means UW Postdocs can decide together what working conditions we want to change. To do this, it’s important for all of us to understand the current working conditions of Postdocs across UW and improvements that we believe will most improve our collective experience at UW. Strong majority participation in this survey will help ensure all voices are heard, and will give us a clear mandate and strong position at the bargaining table with the University Administration. Compensation and Benefits

In our current contract, Article 32 outlines minimum guaranteed wages for Postdocs. Postdocs are also guaranteed a 2% annual wage increase.
