Having a union means UW Postdocs can decide together what working conditions we want to change. To do this, it’s important for all of us to understand the current working conditions of Postdocs across UW and improvements that we believe will most improve our collective experience at UW. Strong majority participation in this survey will help ensure all voices are heard, and will give us a clear mandate and strong position at the bargaining table with the University Administration. Please help by filling out this survey and encouraging other Postdocs to do the same.

Please include contact information so that we can follow up if necessary. Your responses will be kept confidential.
