2019 Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards

Self-nominations are NOT permitted In this award category

Recognizes one team as a whole (management and staff) for excellence in customer service. This award will recognize a continual commitment to the success of their business through outstanding service to their clients by going above and beyond.

Separate nomination packages must be submitted for each 2019 Business Excellence category. The deadline to submit nominations is Friday, September 6, 2019

In order to qualify for the nomination of a 2019 Business Award all applicants must meet the following criteria. Please review each item below and check the box beside to signify understanding of the eligibility requirements:

The nominated business must have operated in Okotoks & District for a minimum of two years (unless otherwise specified in the criteria for a particular category.)

The nominated business must employ Albertans to produce goods and/or provide services.

The nominated business must be operating at the time of nomination and at the time of presentation of the award.

Directors of the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce are asked to refrain from submitting self-nominations.

A representative of the nominated business must be available to attend the Chamber Business Excellence Awards Banquet.
