1.Winter Season Member Review
Thank you for participating in the Hockey ACT Winter Competitions Survey. Your feedback will contribute to the improvement of Hockey ACT administered competitions, umpire and coach development and communications and marketing. Your answers will be treated as confidential and you are encouraged to give complete and honest responses. You will not be identified from your responses, even if you enter into the prize draw.
To be included in the feedback presented to clubs, the survey must be completed by 5pm Wednesday 21st October 2026. Members who respond by 9am Friday 2nd October 2026, will go into the running to win a Blue Membership (access to all 3 Chill home games in 2026).
By completing this survey, you have the chance to be one of three $200 vouchers from Hockey ACT off their 2027 Winter Season Fees.
To be in the running to win these prizes, please leave an email address in the text box at the end of the survey. Winners will be drawn at random and announced on October 22.
