School Uniform Survey (Staff)

The HMC-1 Superintendent’s Student Advisory Council, made up of seventh through twelfth grade students, is conducting research on school uniforms. We would like for you to take a moment to complete this brief survey to assist us in our effort.

After analyzing both local and national trends/data, we plan to make a presentation to the HMC-1 Board of Education for their consideration. Thank you in advance for participating in our survey.
