Victim/Witness Survey
The Warwick Police Department is currently conducting a survey to seek the opinions of victims of crime to assess the quality of services provided and make improvements that would be helpful to crime victims in our City. Your responses to this survey will be completely confidential and anonymous.

I. Victim Initial Contact with Police:

3. During the initial stage of your criminal complaint, how satisfied were you with the services provided and the overall experience you had with the responding police officer(s):
