Volunteer Sign-Up: We did sign-ups for all volunteer shifts in mid-May. How did this work for your family?
Yes, I prefer to sign up for all volunteer shifts at one time in late May.
No, I prefer to go back to the "old" way (sign up each Sunday evening during the season, remember this was competitive and you had to be quick!)

Big Team vs. Smaller Team -- this was our biggest team yet at 191 swimmers. Being this big has advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: winning(!), lots of spirit, new friends, not having to turn as many swimmers away. Disadvantages: can be chaotic, crowded meets, kids don't get to swim as many events at meets.
Which do you prefer?
If you prefer smaller, how would you recommend we turn people away? (First come-first-served? More aggressive time trials?) Please leave a comment!
Bigger team - go big or go home
Smaller team - quality over quantity

How do you feel about having non-residents on the team? We don't typically take new non-residents, but we have (on occasion) taken those who have 1) been prior residents and team members but moved out of the neighborhood or 2) been on the team since the early days when we really needed people. (For reference, we had 8 non-resident swimmers this year -- all prior team members). We always take residents first, then consider non-residents.
I am fine with a few non-residents if there is space available in an age group
I prefer not to allow any non-residents on the team
