adMare BioInnovation Scientist (BIS) Program: Industry Essentials Intake Form - 2026

Welcome to the BIS Program: Industry Essentials!

Thank you for your interest in the adMare BIS Program, administered by CASTL.

The BIS program offers training that empowers early-career professionals with the fundamental knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the Canadian life sciences industry. ​

Please note the important information below:

  • The program is four (4) weeks of online learning with live sessions scheduled occasionally.
  • This program is designed for CÉGEP, college, and university students as well as individuals new to biopharma without a background in independent scientific research who are interested in roles that support innovation or are adjacent to R&D.
  • Priority is given to applicants currently living in Canada. Those applying from another country will be added to a waitlist.
  • You must have at least a post-secondary diploma or currently studying in post-secondary.

The application form will take roughly ten minutes to complete.
