The most important factor to me is Customer Service - if the rep is rude or not very helpful, I look elsewhere!

I could care less about customer experience, look for the cheapest, even if it doesn't last long.

I care more about quality, Customer Service is not really a factor for me, I'd purchase the product regardless if its quality.

It's all about customer service AND quality for me. If I don't get both, I don't buy.
