The mission of the Community Collaboration Team (CCT) is to build upon the strengths of the existing partnerships developed through the CCC (Community Collaboration Clinic) in order to engage, educate and support military families, and to share resources.    Based on your past feedback, we are in the process of creating initiatives that align with your recommendations, including creating a collective website with a directory of resources from a variety of organizations. 

As we all know, this past year has been filled with constant uncertainty and change, therefore we have created an updated version of our Community Collaboration Team survey for you to complete & share other military families.
