FIA SAAS Success PILOT Program

This is a six-month “pilot” program (May 31-Dec.6, 2022) designed to create and deliver a “proven proprietary success system” for FIA trained coaches to learn how to launch and grow a successful coaching practice. Facilitated by Sam Rafoss (CPC, Master Trainer and Weekly FIA Coffee Connection Leader) and Berry Fowler (Founder and CEO).

Limited to a maximum of ten participants in order to provide the best experience and outcomes for coaches who enroll in this pilot.

Duration:

6 months to create and launch a solid foundation to grow your coaching practice to your desired outcomes.

* 6. These are the requirements for enrolling into this pilot program. Please review and check the boxes, if you agree to complete these requirements if accepted into the program.

Attend online Zoom Training Sessions weekly (watch replays - prior next session- if need to miss live training) on Tuesdays 6-8 pm MST from May 31 - Dec. 6 (28 sessions)

Schedule and attend four (4) 1:1 sessions with Sam (Intake, 2 check-ins, Post Assessment) plus one bonus session (optional)

Provide input and feedback during and after the program (complete written surveys and/or phone call or zoom with FIA team)

Provide a testimonial (written, verbal, video interview) for marketing and promotional use by you and FIA upon program completion.

Complete weekly modules and homework (estimate minimum 3-5 hours weekly)

Enroll 5 practice clients and complete 3-4 sessions and deliver Vision to each of the five within the 6 month program

Meet with accountability partner (fellow coach in program) weekly to support and help each other

OPTIONAL attendance: Monthly Focus Labs - Open Zoom Sessions (3rd Saturday of every month) with Sam

OPTIONAL: Unlimited email and/or What's App contact with Sam during the program

Participate to the best of my ability, offer input and have fun with my fellow FIA coach participants

Pay the monthly program fee of $500 for 6 months or a ONE Time fee of $2,500 (the value of this program exceeds $25,000)

Abide by the FIA Code of Ethics and group confidentiality
