It is a curated group of experts who will talk straight with you on what and who you need to know to be effective. It is a group of people who have each other’s back.

Classes are Mondays from 1:00pm - 5:00pm, starting in July 2024 through October 2024.


Participants will meet from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm on Mondays of each month. There will be out-of-class assignments and get-togethers. The class will culminate with a presentation of business plans on October 21, 2024, to a group of local leaders invested in our community and your success.

Start 2025 off with the tools and plan to reach your goals.

Qualifications for participation:
  • The business is locally owned and operated - privately held
  • Growth-stage company - Validated business model with customers
  • Revenue of $500K - $20M in revenue (We will take larger and smaller companies on a case-by-case basis)
  • 5 - 200 employees
  • You aspire to take your company to the next level
