Chromebook Research and Professional Development Programme - Pre-Questionnaire

About you
1. Use the document you have been provided to PREPARE your answers.
2. Every teacher who was selected to participate in the Acer-Chromebook development programme (usually 2 teachers per school) is asked to fill in the questionnaire.
3. See the results of the eMATURITY TEST you took at the FCL workshop on 17 March 2015 and look at your “finalised” or “in progress” SCENARIOS.
4. Only once you have gathered ALL INFORMATION, you should fill in this online questionnaire. As the questionnaire is rather long, please reserve enough time to fill it in.
5. By completing the questionnaire you give a permission for the submitted data to be used as part of the study. Your personal data (name) will not be revealed in the report without asking for your permission.
6. Please fill in the questionnaire by 1st May 2015.
