 Who may participate? Anyone who lives, works, studies, owns a business, provides services, or has another connection to St. Thomas. How long will it take? Approximately 5&ndash;7 minutes. How will responses be used? Responses will be reviewed in aggregate to inform the priorities, objectives, and performance measures in the new Strategic Plan.
