The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) Office of Computer Science, in partnership with the Arkansas Chapter of the Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA Arkansas), is seeking exhibitors for the 2018 Arkansas Computer Science Educators Conference! The conference will take place at Henderson State University (HSU) - Garrison Activity & Conference Center 1045 McKnight Dr, Arkadelphia, AR 71999 on Sunday, July 1, 2018 (pre-conference) and Monday, July 2, 2018 (all day). Vendors/exhibitors will be set up in the main hallway, which will provide high visibility and foot traffic of conference attendees. Each exhibition space will be approximately 8 feet wide and 5 feet deep with a small table provided (if requested); measurements are provided as an estimate only. We are seeking exhibitors for Monday, July 2, 2018; exhibitor set up may begin during the pre-conference on Sunday. Exhibitor/vendor registration will be closed on May 31, 2018.

The Arkansas Department of Education Office of Computer Science is coordinating this conference. Rather than paying vendor/exhibitor registration fees directly to this office, options are available to potential vendors/exhibitors to support the conference, attendees, and/or non-profits in Arkansas dedicated to the furthering of the Arkansas Computer Science Initiative.

The primary contact person will receive one conference registration at no additional charge. Additional representatives of the company/entity must register through the attendee registration process that will be announced later.
