Break O’ Day & Bicheno Suicide Prevention Trial Site - Poster and Toolkit Survey


This survey is in relation to a Poster and Toolkit Campaign developed by a working group of the Break O'Day & Bicheno Suicide Prevention Trial Site. 

The campaign concentrates on removing stigma often associated with mental illness and the need to enable people to 'open up' conversations and seek help without fear of being viewed differently. To assess what impact, if any, the campaign has had we are asking for your feedback.

This survey is anonymous, and any feedback will be treated in confidence. The survey will take just 5 minutes of your time to complete and participation is voluntary. Completed surveys can be dropped off at the following locations:
St Marys Community Health Centre - Gardiners Creek Rd, St Marys
Fingal Valley Neighbourhood House - 20 Talbot St, Fingal
St Helens District Hospital - 10 Annie St, St Helens
St Helens Neighbourhood House - 25 Circassian St, St Helens
