2026 Customer Satisfaction Survey for City Asset Management

Thank you for agreeing to complete CAM's 2026 client feedback survey. CAM has engaged an independent consultant to collect information to help CAM understand what it does well, and what it can do to improve its service for clients.

The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. To thank you for your time, all entries received before the end of 30th June 2026 which are accompanied by a valid email address will be entered into a prize draw to win a luxury Fortnum & Mason's hamper. We also want to benefit two charities with personal connections nominated by our junior team members. Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need. The British Red Cross supports those caught in emergency situations across the globe. For each survey entry that we receive, we will donate £5 to a fund to be shared between the charities.
