KHC Service Re-Entry

As we plan for our congregation to come back together for worship services at the building, we want to get a pulse on our comfort level for both attending and serving.

Question Title

* 1. Under which of the following three circumstances are you willing to attend church at the building?

I will only be comfortable coming back to church service at the building when the Covid-19 pandemic is over and there are no guidelines or protocols in place in order to attend.

I would be comfortable attending services at the building again if the following protocols are in place:
• Registration required to attend services
• Masks required for all attendees
• Temperatures are taken at check-in
• Parking plan will leave open spaces between cars
• No Children's Ministry
• No congregational singing during worship
• Attendees assigned a specific section for seating
• All service attendees notified if an attendee reports a positive case of COVID-19
