About our project
Hi there,
We are undertaking a project exploring how we evolve our Specialist Nurse Support Line. Currently, we offer the Support Line service via telephone and email and would like to expand into offering the service in other ways.
We have three ideas for new ways to offer the service and would like your feedback on each of them. This will help us decide which to continue exploring and developing in the next phase of the project.
You don't need to have used the support line to complete this survey.
If you would be willing to share your views, please complete the short survey below (it should take approximately 5 minutes) and tick the relevant permission boxes.

To better understand who we are speaking to, the survey asks for some basic demographic information about yourself. This will allow us to identify and seek out perspectives and experiences that we may otherwise be missing.
