Albany Pride is starting a group specifically to support local LGBTIQA+ people in Albany who have a lived experience of mental health issues and/or living with a disability. This survey will enable Albany Pride to provide the best support possible and meet the individual needs of potential participants, so if you could answer these few questions (only takes about 2 minutes!) it would be greatly appreciated.
