GENERAL: All CrossWinds facilities are dedicated to carrying out our vision, mission and core values. Corporate uses take precedence over all other uses. CrossWinds facilities may be used for some civic or personal uses when not being used for corporate uses by schedule.

SPECIFIC: Use of CrossWinds facilities is possible under the following provisions/restrictions

•CrossWinds facilities are NOT available for private or personal profit generating uses such as sales parties, personal garage or estate sales, or endeavors at which investment or sales will be solicited that only benefits a hosting individual

•CrossWinds attendees are not to use scheduled services as opportunities to solicit donations or sales of products, services or subscriptions nor may such products be left at facilities for customers to pick up
Groups presenting musical or theatrical performances may sell their products, DVDs or CDs with prior Leadership Board approval.

•Bridal or baby showers at which gifts are included will be allowed for members and regular attendees.

•CrossWinds or non-profit organizations may be allowed to use CrossWinds facilities for uses that may sell products or solicit donations with prior Leadership Board approval

•All uses must be scheduled with the church office and usage placed on the master calendar and must include the nature or purpose of the use. Prioritization in the case of multiple requests will be by earliest approval. Future use may be forfeited if facilities are not returned to “as found” conditions.

•Any used space must be cleaned and returned to the set-up that existed prior to use: dishes washed and put away; wastebaskets emptied and taken or placed in the dumpster; chairs and tables cleaned and put away, lights turned off and doors locked. Used tablecloths, dish towels or rags must be taken home, laundered and returned. Removal of A/V or musical instruments may ONLY be done by authorized CrossWinds personnel.

•Opportunistic or unscheduled use by members and regular attendees is allowed consistent with the previous conditions. Such uses must be ended if they extend into scheduled times.

•Use by civic or non-CrossWinds organizations or personnel is possible by scheduling with the church office. Such use by non-members or regular attendees may incur usage fees depending upon timing and space requested. Attendance of CrossWinds personnel may be required for such uses.

•For authorized usage during non-business hours keys or access will be provided
At no time may alcohol, smoking or illegal activities be allowed in CrossWinds facilities
Damage to CrossWinds property or personal injuries must be reported to the church office on the next business day

•CrossWinds is NOT liable for injuries or damages for un-authorized use of its facilities

•CrossWinds items such as tables, chairs, or kitchen items may only be borrowed by permission and “signed for” in the church office with dates and times they may be taken and must be returned. Rental fees may be assessed on a case-by-case basis and borrowers or users are responsible for damage to any church property.
