Mental Health Reform requested to be part of the HSE’s Mental Health Reference Group for the implementation of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act (ADMC). The HSE sent out a version of the below questions to all CHOs to gather information on how prepared people are for the upcoming changes in legislation. The Chair of the Reference Group, Tony McCusker, requested MHR’s assistance in surveying NGO mental health service providers. This survey will be open until Monday, 8th of August 2022.
