Peer Pathways at EDGE 2027 |
Are you a new or aspiring nurse anesthesia educator looking for guidance, or an experienced educator interested in sharing your knowledge and expertise? AANA's Peer Pathways at EDGE 2027 connects emerging educators with experienced colleagues to foster meaningful relationships, professional growth, and peer support.
Through personalized matching, peer coaching, educational resources, and connections at EDGE 2027, Peer Pathways provides a supportive environment for educators to learn from one another. New and aspiring educators can gain practical insights, build confidence, and navigate the transition into education, while experienced educators can strengthen their leadership and coaching skills and give back to the profession.
Whether you're beginning your journey in nurse anesthesia education or helping shape the next generation of educators, Peer Pathways at EDGE 2027 offers an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and grow together.
Participant Expectations
Peer Pathways participants are expected to commit approximately 1–2 hours per month from January through April 2027. Participants should connect with their matched partner at least once a month, establish shared goals and communication expectations, and actively contribute to a respectful, supportive coaching relationship. Participants are also encouraged to engage with program resources, meet in person during EDGE 2027, and complete a final program evaluation.
