Thank you for your interest in working on the Encore Boston Harbor project ("Project"). Please note that information compiled may be used to evaluate compliance with the diversity goals and strategy for the Project as stipulated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Massachusetts Gaming Commission and Wynn MA, LLC. All information you provide is strictly on a voluntary basis and your name and contact information will be added to an Applicant Log and remain in circulation until the Project ends. The Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement which means that you must maintain union membership and/or apprenticeship status in order to work on this Project. Suffolk Construction will take reasonable steps to make your application available to the appropriate union subcontractor(s) that it has engaged for the Project and may share your application with subcontractors on our other projects unless you direct it otherwise. Accordingly, a subcontractor may contact you directly about your application. Please note that Suffolk Construction DOES NOT employ trade workers and subcontracts out all work. Suffolk does not guarantee nor have control over the hiring decisions of its subcontractors. If you are not a current union member, we will provide you with contact information and application instructions for the Massachusetts Building Trades. This information will be sent to you electronically via email. If you are interested in employment at the resort after construction is complete, please visit www.wynnjobs.com.
