Application and Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must complete an organizational capacity self assessment as part of their application. We recommend you complete this with your team, which can take up to 2 hours. You may want to download the assessment first, complete it, and come back to complete this application. 

This opportunity is available to staff of nonprofit 501 (c)3 organizations and/or fiscally sponsored projects under a 501 (c)3.

Mentorship will be prioritized for applicants who identify as Black, Indigenous. and/or people of color, and those who work with historically disinvested or excluded communities. 

Applicants must commit to working with their mentor for a 4 month period and submit a brief follow-up report. 

This application will remain open through December 29, 2019.
