As we prepare to enter the uncharted waters of an extended school closure, LPHS is committed to maintaining our mission of providing exceptional learning opportunities for our students as well as ensuring their health and safety to the best of our ability. In order to make our plans, we need your input. Please complete this survey by 8 a.m. on Monday, March 16. If you have multiple children attending LPHS, please complete a separate survey for each of them.
Our teachers will be preparing learning materials for students to access during the two week closure. We want to gain a better understanding of our students' access to the internet at home. Please let us know what that is. We will be providing information from Comcast that will be able to assist families without high speed access.
Additionally, we want to ensure that our students have access to healthy meal options while away from campus. We need you to identify your student so that we can accurately make plans to prepare adequate meals for students to keep our students fed and healthy. So please take a couple of minutes to complete this survey.
For families without internet access at home or who struggle to complete the survey, please contact Mrs. Bobbi Newell at 815-220-2769 on Monday so she can gather the necessary information.
