We are seeking views from stakeholders to inform the development of the Coach Plan.

The Coach Plan is seeking to better manage coach operations in Edinburgh while improving public safety and enhancing the visitor experience.

The Plan is split into the core themes of parking, routing, emissions and communications.

The Plan defines "Coaches" as follows: all non-regulated coaches and minibuses (9-16 seats) related to the visitor economy, tourism, business and workplaces, healthcare and education. This does not include timetabled bus services as regulated by the Traffic Commissioner.
